We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, use the AI generation features, or otherwise contact us.

The personal information we collect includes the following:

• Account Information: We collect your username, email address, and password to create and secure your account. Your password is automatically hashed before storage and is never stored in plaintext.
• User-Generated Content: To provide the core functionality of the Service, we collect and store the content you provide. This includes:
  • The images you upload ("Original Images").
  • The text prompts and parameters you submit.
  • The AI-generated images created by the Service ("Generations").
  This content is necessary to provide the service and to power features like your personal history page.

Sensitive Information. We do not intentionally process sensitive personal information. Our service is for designing room interiors. We ask that you do not upload images containing people or other sensitive personal data. By using the service, you acknowledge that we process the images you upload, whatever their content may be.

Information automatically collected

In Short: Some information — such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, referring URLs, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes, which we carry out using Google Analytics.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security, and for marketing.

We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including:

• To facilitate account creation and authentication.
• To provide the core AI generation service. We process your Original Images and prompts to generate new interior designs for you. This data is essential for the Service to function.
• To maintain your user history. We store your Original Images, prompts, and Generations to provide you with a history of your past work, which you can review and download at any time.
• To send administrative information to you. We may use your email to send you details about your account, changes to our terms, or other important updates.
• To improve our Services. We analyze usage data to understand how users interact with our site, which helps us fix bugs and improve the user experience.
• For marketing and promotional purposes. We may use some of your Original Images and Generations to showcase what our app can do. Please see the section "HOW WE USE YOUR IMAGES FOR MARKETING" for more details.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

In Short: We may share information with the third-party vendors who provide our core services, and as described in this section.

We may share your personal information with the following third parties:

• AI Service Providers. In order to generate images, we send your Original Images and prompts to our AI model provider. It uses this data to run the AI model and return a generated image to us. According to their policies, they do not use customer data to train their public models.
• Analytics Services. We use Google Analytics to monitor and analyze the use of our Service. Google Analytics may collect information about your device and usage patterns. We recommend reviewing Google's privacy policy.
• Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

4. HOW WE USE YOUR IMAGES FOR MARKETING

In Short: We may use some of the images you create to promote AInteriors.

To help us grow and show other users the creative possibilities of our app, we may select certain high-quality Original Images and Generations to feature in marketing materials. This could include, but is not limited to, our website's landing page, social media posts, and other promotional content. When we use your images, they are displayed without any personally identifying information about your account (like your username or email). By using our Services, you grant us a license to use your User-Generated Content for these promotional purposes as outlined in our Terms of Service.

5. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

In Short: We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and store your information.

We use cookies for essential site functions (like keeping you logged in) and for analytics purposes through third parties like Google Analytics. You can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level.

6. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?

In Short: We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own.

Our servers are located in Germany. Our third-party service providers, such as Google, may also process data in Germany or other countries. If you are accessing our Services from outside this region, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in our facilities and those of our third parties.

7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this notice unless otherwise required by law.

We will keep your personal information for as long as your account is active with us. Your Original Images and Generations are kept to provide you with the "History" feature. When you delete your account, we will take steps to delete your personal data from our active systems. Please note that content we have already selected and used for marketing purposes may persist in our promotional materials. Additionally, we may retain some information for a longer period if required by law or for legitimate business purposes like fraud prevention or backup archives.

8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data. In Short: You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time.

Account Information

If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can log in to your account settings and update your user profile or delete your account.

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. Please see the section on data retention for more details.

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. As no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.
